Does Microstamping Violate The Second Amendment

 GCMA Investigates the Microstamping Debate On February 26, U.S. District Judge Kimberly Mueller ruled that California’s microstamping requirement does not violate the Second Amendment. Breitbart News previously reported that microstamping is a theoretical technology. This technology, which gun control proponents maintain that every gun should be equipped with a firing pin that makes a mark on a shell casing similar to a fingerprint–a mark. This is an amazing step forward in being able to identify elements of the cartridge and which particular gun ejected a particular shell casing.
